It all starts with a first step
My entrepreneurial journey start with introspection and a desire to do more professionally. I spent time reflecting on my interests, skills, and experiences, aiming to find the things that truly ignited my passion. I asked myself what problems or needs resonated with me the most.
I realized that my strengths were in identifying business problems, implementing process improvements, and teaching others. I took a leap of faith and made the steps to move away from working for others... to working for myself and helping others.
Know Your Why
My family means the world to me and I wouldn't be able to do what I'm doing without them. My journey into entrepreneurship came from a desire to do more professionally.... but the driver to go out on my own and start my own business came from my family.
During a leadership course, I took the Enneagram personality test. It taught me a lot about myself. I even had my family take the test. The results were enlightening and helped all of us relate to each other on a whole new level. It also taught me about to use my strengths and my opportunity points as ways to develop myself as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and business professional.
My family gives me great joy and they are the WHY behind what I do.
